Since its inception in 2010, YesTech has taken a lead as one amongst the few technical colleges that walk the talk.

As a college of Skills, we always strive to meet the needs of our clients in a more practical and easier to understand approach, always keeping abreast with technology.

Our staff are qualified and stand ready to share and transfer their experiences to clients in a more professional and easy step-by-step methodology unmatched so far by comparison with our competitors.

Our goal is not money centered, but learner centered. That’s the more reason why our clients are kept to a maximum of 12 students per class so that teacher and learner relationship is not compromised.

We do not only offer theories but also practical. Our training is more leaned to offering more practical sessions so that the Learners can obtain value for their tuition fees.

We have also entered into several Service Level Agreements with companies who are willing to offer our students an opportunity to gain work experience and job-on-training.

Our students, males and females alike are made ready for employment after training, though most of them prefer to work on their own, set up their own businesses.

YesTech offers rare opportunities to its students, not offered by any other competitor, how to set up a business and run it efficiently. Students are mentored and nurtured till such a time that they mature and are able to run on their own. They are taught how to open bank accounts, bid for tenders and obtain loans from the banks. The knowledge so obtain is used to enhance their business acumen in running a technical oriented business, like welding business, a motor mechanics, plumbing, carpentry and other businesses learned from us.

We have recognized two aspects why students do not get employed by industry.

Firstly, they are not fully qualified as to be recognized in their fields of choice. Industry wants to employ prospective employees who are trade tested.

YesTech offers tips and prepares clients to get a Trade Test qualification.

Secondly, students obtain one qualification and seek employment not in sync with their qualifications.

YesTech shows students the right course and the right route to go get employed.

YesTech has other facets of business mentioned above which benefit students by getting hands-on training experience.

To ensure all training attended is of value and suitable to the needs of clients, YesTech follows a specific training cycle that assists in determining the most suitable level of course for its clients, and which assists in measuring the knowledge gained by the learner.

Where appropriate, we are able to bring in our workplace partners based upon the specific needs of the workplace partner, the client and the maximum value that can be extracted.

All learners at YesTech are assisted in accessing economic opportunities and are contacted after they have exited YesTech’s learning programmes to monitor their progress of employment and Further Studies.
